Issue 4 was published in March 2018 and features my article on the growing interest of people of all ages towards getting off the beaten track and exploring Tasmania’s wilderness regions, in small groups, and on more adventurous holidays.

The series on volunteers features three people who signed up for the Tasmanian devil trapping program. The 10-day trips, led by Dr Rodrigo Hamede from University of Tasmania, are held four times a year to monitor the progress of the fatal devil facial tumour disease in wild populations of devils in Tasmania’s Cradle Mountain region.
